Refund policy

For standard, non-personalised art prints, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Email futureandartstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Contact us for return instructions. Please do not send a return to a production facility without instructions. You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; any handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may reduce the refund.

We refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the original order. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method, without an additional refund fee.

If your print arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where possible. We will arrange the appropriate remedy without charging you for resolving a valid defect claim. Your statutory consumer rights, including the applicable legal guarantee of conformity, are unaffected.

Requests to cancel before dispatch should be sent promptly. Production can begin soon after an order is placed; contact us for the current status. This does not remove any statutory right of withdrawal after delivery.
